Before appearing in front of the children, parents discreetly hand the gifts to Ded Moroz and Snegurochka.

What language is the program available in?
The program can be conducted in Russian, English, or bilingually. You can select your preferred option when booking.
Are gifts included in the price?
No. Gifts are purchased by the family and discreetly handed to the performers before the program begins.
Can several families celebrate together?
Yes. Depending on the number of children, we recommend choosing either the Signature Visit or Grand Celebration.
Can we invite more than 15 children?
Yes. For larger groups, we offer our Party & Corporate Program.
Do you travel to San Francisco and San Jose?
Yes. We serve Monterey Bay, Carmel, San Jose, Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, and other areas throughout Northern California.
Is there an additional travel fee?
Travel within Monterey Bay is usually included. For long-distance private visits, an additional travel fee may apply. On designated Bay Area Route Dates, no additional long-distance travel fee is charged.
Can we choose a specific time?
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot. Exact timing depends on Ded Moroz and Snegurochka’s route for that day.
What happens if the performers are delayed?
December traffic can sometimes be unpredictable. If the delay is on our side, your family will still receive the full duration of the program you paid for.
Can I cancel my booking?
The booking retainer reserves a specific time slot for the performers and is non-refundable.
Can I book a visit on December 24 or December 31?
Yes, absolutely. Special holiday pricing applies on those dates.
Can you organize children’s or adult events outside the New Year season?
Yes. Our company organizes and produces events of various formats and sizes throughout the year.
